Unlikely to be very interesting, but who knows.

Definitely an art-book and likely to be quite interesting.

Considering the subject and its authors, I can't wait to put my hands on this one.

Aloff, Mindy: Hippo in a Tutu: Dancing in Disney Animation published by Disney Editions; 2008.
Well researched. This will be an extremely interesting book.

If this one is as good as its equivalent about Disneyland, I can't wait to be in September 2008.

Alice on Wonderland entirely illustrated by concept art by Mary Blair.

Once again, promising title.

Trahan, Kendra: Disney's California Adventure Detective: An Independent Guide to Exploring the Trivia, Secrets and Magic of the Park Dedicated to California published by Permagrin Publishing; 2008.
The author is good, so this book could be fun.

Willardson, David: The Disney Art of David Willardson published by Insight Editions; 2008.
Too modern looking for me.

This book should the first installment in a "must-have" series initiated by Jihn Lasseter. Can't wait!

An art-book which is likely to be excellent.

Johnson, Melinda: Tinker Bell - An Evolution published by Disney Editions; 2008.
An art-book and probably a good one.

The Imagineers: The Imagineering Field Guide to Disneyland published by Disney Editions; 2008.
Fouth installment in an excellent series.

Lefkon, Wendy (editor): Disney Opus published by Kraken Opus; 2008.
A huge book of 900 pages with 1.000 illustrations and a price tag of $3.000. No comments for the moment.

White, Colin: Kay Nielsen published by Forlaget Vandkunsten; 2008.
Let's hope that this book will contain more than a passing reference to Nielsen's Disney work.

Needless to say, this will be a must-have and a must-read.

What did the best Disney Imagineers did after they left Disney? What crazy and unlikely park projects did they work on? This is likely to be a "must-read".

Broggie, Michael: History of the Disney Studio [working title] publisher unknown; 2008.

Ohmart, Ben: Biography of Buddy Baker [Working Title] published by BearManor Media; 2008.
Ben wrote the excellent biography of Ghost Hoist, Paul Frees, and is supported by Baker's family. This should be a great read.

Blair, Mary (illustrator): Peter Pan published by Disney Press; 2009.
Entirely illustrated by Blair's concept art. Same format as Cinderella and Alice in Wonderland. A must-have.

Hill, Jim: Once Upon an Orange Grove published by Intrepid Traveler Press; 2005.
This story of the creation of Disneyland by famous Disney historian Jim Hill should be full of new stories and anecdotes. A "must-have".

Lesjak, David: The Disney Insignias publisher unknown; 2007.
If David manages to find a publisher for this tremendous book, his work will become the absolute reference on those fascinating pieces of wartime Disneyama.

A story of the Walt Disney Company Spain.

Ault, Donald: Ducks in Perspective - The Comic Vision of Carl Barks' Disney Comics published by University of Mississippi Press; 2000.
A very intelectual study of Carl Barks' work. Probably worth a good look considering the repute of the author.

Giovan Battista Carpi published by La Vie d'Artistes; 2002.
In French. This book about the late Italian Disney comic book master is a mystery but could be fascinating.

Jurgens, Jo: Interviews with animation artists legends (title unknown) ; date unknown.
This book which has been a project for years will contain the best interviews the author conducted with the greatest animation artists from around the world, including Richard Williams, Frank Thomas, Ollie Johnston, Marc Davis, Joe Barbera, Chuck Jones, Bill Melendez, Maurice Noble, Andreas Deja, John Lasseter, Steve Williams, Nick Park, Peter Lord,...
